Delivery information and Shipping Charges
We will send your package to any address in North America.
For deliveries to Europe, please go to our UK website.

Please note that the appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of California and that our free shipping offers are only valid in the Continental US states, not including Alaska and Hawaii.

How to check your order
You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail once you place your order. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail to help you track delivery. Please e-mail help@barefootbooks.com or telephone customer service 866-215-1756, 8:30am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday if you have additional questions.

Cancellation and Returns policy
Mail order and online customers may cancel their order and return products for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received for customer credit to be issued. Please include your packing slip, detailing the reasons for the return, relevant product exchange information, or request for credit. We are happy to exchange or issue credit for the products returned, less applicable shipping charges. Audio CDs, prints, gift wrap, invitations, thank you notes, calendars, and all other non-book products must be returned in their individual unopened packaging. Credits will not be issued on any prepackaged products that are returned opened unless they are found to be defective. The cost of postage for all returns, other than returns of damaged or defective products, is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
